Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can do about it

Last updated 10 September 2026

Who we are

Scoperva is a product of Antypas Ventures. For anything in this policy, contact us at privacy@scoperva.com. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What this policy covers

Scoperva is in development and the application is not open yet. Today this domain serves an informational website and nothing else — no accounts, no sign-up. This policy describes the account data the service will hold when it opens, and nothing beyond it.

The product is being built to research companies and markets. When that processing exists, this policy will be updated before it starts, not after. We would rather publish a short accurate policy than a long one describing things we do not do.

What we collect

Email addressTo identify your account, sign you in, and contact you about the serviceContract
Name and avatar, if you provide themTo display who is who inside a shared workspaceContract

Workspace and membership recordsTo know which accounts you belong to and what you may doContract
Server and security logs, including IP addressTo keep the service running and to investigate abuseLegitimate interest

We do not run advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell personal data. There is no analytics or tracking on this site.

Where it is held

Your data is stored in the European Union. Our database and authentication run on Supabase in the eu-central-1 region. The full list of processors is on the sub-processors page.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it is removed.
  • Security and server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Anything we must keep for a legal or accounting obligation: for as long as that obligation lasts, and no longer.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Email privacy@scoperva.com and we will respond within one month. You can delete your account yourself from account settings at any time.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We set only what is needed to sign you in and remember your theme. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner to click. See the cookie policy.

Changes

When this policy changes materially — in particular when the intelligence features begin processing data — we will update this page and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
